Foreword The following ten lots were found behind a false wall in a property in Market Lane, Hanley, Stoke on Trent; it had been in use continuous use as a photographic studio until the mid-1980s, when the last photographer retired to his home country of Italy 19th Century Lacquered Brass Lenses, Wray 8½ x 6½ 11in, f/8, iris diaphragm, serial no 6422, and unmarked 12in lens, with Waterhouse stop, F, one lens hood with knock, elements F-G, some fungus (2)
