Howe Battalion 63rd Royal Naval Division, WWI British Mon-Star Trio, awarded to SX2/191 Able Seaman Robert Francis Woods, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserves, serving with the Howe Battalion at the Defence of Antwerp, in 1915 he was drafted to the RNVR Sea Service and served on the Army Merchant Cruiser HMS Alcantra, in the 10th Cruiser Squadron, enforcing the blockade of German, later transferring to the Royal Navy and serving on HMS St Vincent (3)
