A professionally-built and painted 3 1/2" gauge T9 class 4-4-0 locomotive and tender (2), painted and lined out by the vendor's father in Southern Railway lined malachite green with 'sunshine' lettering as No. 117, evidently never steamed, no boiler certificate, but fitted with lever reversing, water and pressure gauges, cylinder drains, fixed cab roof with canvas screen, VG-E, some minor retouching to the cab roof, very minor chip of paint to the nearside above the buffer, hand-pump to the tender, motion turns but stiffly, both loco and tender stored in wooden cases, cases G, NO Boiler History (2)
