A Royal Menu of the Late Queen Elizabeth II, from June 1965- August 1968, the menu hand written in black and blue ink, all being in French, handed to the Queen on a daily basis to look at the menu for the following day, making amendment in pencil, including Cowes Week 1965, 4th August 1965 striking out the whole days menu and changing it to Scampi Salad and Steak, and on the 6th August, making reference to eating on the Royal Yacht 'The Bloodhound', with red leather bounding and gilt lettering. being sold by a Chef who worked for the Late Queen Elizabeth and Royal Family in the late 1960s and 1970s
