General fading and age-relating loss of sheen to exterior. Hardstones appear to be in good order with no significant losses. There is some lifting to the lacquer towards the left hand side of the top. Chipping to the front edge of the inside of the bottom cupboard. Chipping to the front edge of the top cupboard. Chipping to the edges and etremities of the cupboard and the stand. Some cracking to the lacquer panels indicative of the usual warpage and shrinkage of the wooden carcass beneath. Remains a very decorative piece which is, generally, in good order with the usual patina associated with age, movement and usage.
